Position: Junior .NET Web Developer
Strategic Analysis, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated developer to join our team who will work on the full life-cycle software development of our web applications. We need someone who can take ownership of our projects and operate autonomously to improve our process and applications. We are looking for a .NET Developer who
• Has a passion to program and a strong desire to grow your knowledge and skills
• Has a sense of craftsmanship. You should enjoy challenges and take pride in your work
• Has excellent communication skills. You should enjoy working with others and be a good talker, a good listener, honest and approachable. We have to work with you!
• Is organized. You need to be able to multi-task and switch between projects with ease
• Can work directly with customers and project leads to design and produce software solutions for our customers' needs
• Pays attention to the current tools and trends in software engineering for the web
To be eligible for this job you need
• 2-3 years experience with server-side web programming
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. JavaScript Library experience a plus. Experience with TDD and Continuous Integration a plus
• To be clearable (no skeletons in the closet, please)
• Familiarity with Web Standards (508 and security fundamentals a plus)
• Wii Sports or Rock Band experience a plus, we really need a drummer!
